Design
At Rose Electrical Contractors we offer a comprehensive range of commercial and industrial electrical services. We can design your single and three phase electrical systems to suit your requirements, from single circuits to more complex projects.
Mains Distribution and Electrical Installation
Our expertise in commercial and industrial electrical installations allows us to deliver a high quality professional service. We can supply and install single and three phase distribution systems from MCCB panel boards through to domestic consumer units.
Hazardous Locations
We have a highly trained team of CompEx trained technicians and electricians that have the specialist expertise in hazardous locations. This enables us to undertake IECEx and ATEX electrical installations and maintenance in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as in hazardous locations, oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries.
Lighting
We can design, supply and install internal and external lighting for your home or business. Lighting installations can range from large industrial lighting with high bay lights and emergency lighting, to residential lighting installations with LED downlights and decorative pendants. Lighting installations can be conventionally switched, timeclock controlled or incorporated into a more complex smart lighting system.
Fire Alarms
We can design, supply and install fire alarm systems for your home or business. Fire alarm installations can range form Grade D, mains powered smoke/heat detectors to more complex commercial addressable fire alarm systems in accordance with BS5839.
Security, Access Control and Data Installation
We can design, supply and install security and access control systems and also a complete data infrastructure for your home or business. Access systems can range from a single door stand alone system to a more complex networked multidoor system. Data installations can range from residential installations incorporating access points to allow for better internet connectivity and smart home integration to commercial installations with multiple data lines from data cabinets.
Inspection and Testing
At Rose Electrical Contractors we test all our work in accordance with the IET BS7671 2018 Amendment 2: 2022 requirements for electrical installations. We also inspect and test existing installations and issue condition reports.
Recent Projects
Sherburn Medical Practice
We have recently completed a twelve month contract to provide power, lighting, security, and data, and addressable fire alarm system install for a new build medical practice in Sherburn in Elmet.
Eccleshill Retail Park, Bradford
We were contracted to design, supply and install car park illumination for a newly developed retail park in Bradford.
Design work undertaken for a national fast food restaurant comprising of the supply and installation of ten lighting columns to drive through area and car park.
Supply and installation of lightning protection to the building and electric vehicle charging.
Factory Extension,
Keighley
This project we were contracted to design, supply, and install the power and lighting for a factory extension. This also included the upgrade of the mains incoming supply to the factory. The lighting installation consisted of 1200x600 inset LED modular fittings complete with 60 minute fire tent to maintain the 60 minute fire integrity of the ceiling. The lighting installation also consisted LED surface mounted amenity lighting which was installed utilising galvanised conduit. The power installation consisted of a number of single and three phase socket outlets and the installation of three phase isolators.
